Salesforce Technical Architect, Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Designing and executing intricate Salesforce solutions

• Offering technical leadership and direction to fellow team members

• Guiding customers through their process, business, and technical obstacles

• Ensuring solutions that are balanced, scalable, and adhere to standard methodologies, thereby meeting and surpassing customer expectations

• Establishing lasting relationships with clients and colleagues

• Serving as the lead architect during engagements

• Collaborating with project and engagement managers, partners, and internal stakeholders to aid in planning and execution

• Conducting hands-on application configuration, development, and customization to fulfill customer requirements

• Overseeing, directing, and governing technical development on the platform and throughout project/program delivery

• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, which includes solution architecture, technical designs, and testing plans

• Offering support for production issues, which encompasses root cause analysis and resolutions

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Salesforce architecture, deployments, integrations, security, data models, scalability, and solution design

• Practical experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, integrations, testing, and Salesforce development best practices

• Skilled in designing Salesforce DevOps pipelines, including CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, SFDX), version control, and multi-environment management

• Comprehensive knowledge of implementing Salesforce solutions

• Significant experience in assessing business objectives, formulating solution alternatives, and facilitating partner support, along with expertise in the software implementation lifecycle to aid project planning

• Over 5 years of experience in deployment teams, preferably utilizing Agile development methodologies

• Direct and practical experience with Salesforce products

• Relevant and current Salesforce Certifications/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, development, and architecture

• Salesforce certification(s), such as Certified Solution Architect (B2B or B2C) or a broad range of Salesforce cloud certifications

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, ideally including custom development, integrations, and data migration
