Salesforce Solution Architect, Data & AI

📋 Description

• Deliver industry-leading practices while acting as a trusted advisor for clients on customer data strategy and AI initiatives.

• Facilitate requirement gathering and serve as the expert on the Salesforce Data 360 platform.

• Oversee the discovery phase and design of customer data strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, data models, and AI-driven applications.

• Evaluate current data ecosystems to outline the most effective Data 360 architecture and migration plan.

• Create scalable and secure data architectures.

• Collaborate with clients to develop their strategy and roadmap.

• Connect outcomes to business value (return on investment) through effective storytelling.

• Mentor and coach junior team members while staying updated on new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping position.

• At least 5 years of experience in the CRM or data platform industry.

• Proficiency in driving requirement gathering processes and leading discovery workshops.

• Practical experience in architecting and implementing Salesforce Data 360 as a Customer Data Platform, including predictive and generative capabilities.

• Understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to design and enhance business processes and data flows across various systems.

• Proficient in using flow charting and data-modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart).
