Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Transform customer IT requirements and long-term objectives into actionable plans by crafting scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

• Direct the architectural and technical strategy for CRM, cloud, and data systems.

• Manage enterprise system integrations, cloud migrations, and the modernization of legacy systems.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, cybersecurity, and data teams to ensure the seamless integration and delivery of impactful solutions while mentoring the next generation of innovators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in enterprise-level software architecture, delivery, or application modernization initiatives.

• More than 6 years of experience in software delivery.

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization within complex enterprise settings.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with MuleSoft integration strategies, API-led connectivity frameworks, and the implementation of scalable and secure integration solutions.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to discover efficiencies in workflow.

• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce platform development, including decisions on configuration versus custom code, governance frameworks, data migration strategies, and integration patterns.

• Capability to align business needs with technical architecture, providing solutions that adhere to standards for scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability, along with offering technical leadership, guiding development teams, conducting code reviews, and enforcing architectural standards.

• Ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client specifications.

• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Salesforce Application Architect Certification.
