📋 Description

• Focus on building applications within the Salesforce ecosystem, crafting scalable and maintainable frontend JavaScript and backend Apex.

• Produce high-quality code with comprehensive test coverage, ensuring consideration of both positive and negative test scenarios.

• Engage with the team during meetings, offering insights to enhance the codebase, processes, and the overall product.

• Utilize AI-driven development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, AI coding agents) to expedite delivery, enhance code quality, and optimize daily workflows.

• Adapt to a dynamic startup environment.

• Understand the application of the Salesforce platform within the Legal Industry.

• Contribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.

• Over 4 years of experience in full stack development.

• A commitment to enhancing your skills and embracing more challenging projects.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Salesforce environment utilizing LWC, Apex, and General Security Practices.

• A desire to educate and support the growth of team members.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with peers in Engineering and Product.

• A growth-oriented mindset towards AI-assisted development, eager to adopt AI tools for increased efficiency and continuous improvement of engineering workflows.

• Experience with Node.js.

• Familiarity with serverless architecture on AWS (including API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3).

• Possession of Salesforce certifications.

• Experience with containerized applications.

• Knowledge of CI/CD practices.
