Salesforce Developer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute hands-on technical implementations aimed at creating functional and scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform.

• Engage in the design, development, testing, deployment, integration, documentation, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate closely with architects, administrators, business analysts, QA resources, and business stakeholders.

• Create and develop solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.

• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services, and middleware platforms.

• Assist in release planning, deployment validation, rollback planning, and post-release monitoring.

• Assess and support Salesforce AI technologies, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Copilot capabilities.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards including HIPAA, PHI, PII, SOX, and enterprise security requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development.

• Preferred experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, and deployment management.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Advanced understanding of Salesforce Platform capabilities and development best practices.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

• Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder; Preferred: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce AI Associate, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.
