This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert business needs into scalable, data-centric technical solutions.
• Create comprehensive architectures emphasizing data ingestion, unification, and activation.
• Design and deploy Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) solutions.
• Establish data models, identity resolution strategies, and segmentation frameworks.
• Facilitate technical design discussions and mentor implementation teams.
• Clearly articulate trade-offs, constraints, and architectural choices to stakeholders.
• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to foster personalization and insights.
• Salesforce Data Cloud (Primary Focus).
• Demonstrated experience in executing multiple end-to-end Salesforce Data Cloud implementations (required).
• Strong practical experience in data ingestion, transformation, and harmonization.
• Expertise in data modeling and schema design.
• Familiarity with identity resolution concepts and implementation.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and activation strategies.
• Understanding of CDP architecture and practical use cases.
• Proficiency in data governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience in integrating various data sources (CRM, web, mobile, third-party data).
• Ability to leverage Tableau with Salesforce Data Cloud for visualizing unified customer data and generating actionable insights.
• Understanding of Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
• Skills in architecting cross-channel marketing analytics solutions.
• Experience in data ingestion, normalization, and harmonization.
• Knowledge of APIs, connectors, and automated pipelines.
• Expertise in KPI frameworks and dashboard design.
• Understanding of marketing data quality and governance.
• Proficiency in Python is a plus.
• Core Technical Architect Competencies.
• Ownership of end-to-end solutions.
• Design of integration patterns and data flow.
• Skills in architecture documentation and diagramming.
• Client-facing technical leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Marketing Cloud & Personalization experience (Nice to Have).
• Experience in cross-channel marketing analytics and reporting.
• Knowledge of data ingestion, normalization, and harmonization.
• Proficiency with APIs, connectors, and automated pipelines.
• Skills in KPI frameworks and dashboard design.
• Experience with real-time personalization and behavioral tracking.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and decisioning logic.
• Knowledge of rule-based and AI-driven personalization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python (nice to have).
• Candidates should possess one or more of the following Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (highly preferred), Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce AI Associate (nice to have, especially for activation use cases).
