This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a professional to enhance and support the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, spearheading ongoing improvements, automations, and governance of the environment to guarantee efficiency and alignment with business objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Support and advance Salesforce Sales Cloud.

• Develop and maintain automations utilizing Flow Builder (and Process Builder – legacy).

• Create and modify objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules.

• Assist with both functional and technical documentation.

• Conduct impact analysis on existing customizations.

• Ensure adherence to usability best practices and platform governance.

• Work on bug fixes and ongoing enhancements (bug resolutions and improvements).

• Design new solutions and automations based on business requirements.

• Technical knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud: Pipeline, Leads, Lead Conversion, Opportunities, Opportunity Team, Account, among others.

• Proficient in Flow Builder: Screen Flow and Record-Triggered Flow.

• Understanding of the Security Model: Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules.

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce data modeling.

• Familiarity with Custom Metadata Types.

• Experience with Custom Labels.

• Ability to create reports and dashboards.

• Basic understanding of Apex development (Triggers) and LWC/Aura.

• Basic knowledge of integrations (APIs, JSON, technical documentation).

• Experience with highly customized organizations.

• Awareness of environment governance (DevOps, CI/CD, version control).
