This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Execute Salesforce configuration modifications, including Flow, fields, lightning pages, dynamic layouts, actions, Products & Price Books, custom objects, email alerts, custom settings, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
• Oversee user and license management, which includes setting up new users, deactivation, roles, and permissions.
• Collect user and stakeholder requirements, converting them into scalable, best-practice solutions with an emphasis on outstanding user experience.
• Administer sandbox environments, encompassing testing and deployment activities.
• Ensure smooth technical and business integration of third-party applications with existing systems.
• Conduct proactive system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, and Health Checks.
• Diagnose Salesforce issues and act as the primary point of contact for user support.
• Maintain data integrity and security within Salesforce, including the management of backup tools and integrations.
• Uphold data entry standards and supervise CRM hygiene to guarantee data quality from Sales teams.
• Perform regular audits of Salesforce data and establish validation rules and automations to ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
• Create and disseminate best practices for CRM usage to assist sales representatives in maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales & Partner Enablement teams to deliver onboarding training for new employees, along with ongoing training and support for the sales team regarding Salesforce and other RevOps technology tools.
• Develop user-friendly training materials, tutorials, and reference guides to bolster tool adoption and proficiency.
• Act as a vital resource for addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to revenue operations tools.
• Generate and uphold technical documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations, ensuring it remains user-friendly and current.
• Develop and sustain Salesforce reports and dashboards for stakeholders ranging from company leadership to department heads, providing insights and actionable KPIs across various metrics including Sales performance, forecasting accuracy, Pipeline health, Target attainment, and CRM usage.
• Analyze data and usage trends to proactively identify opportunities for sales process enhancement.
• Establish and manage a regular reporting schedule for KPIs and operational metrics, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong mastery of Salesforce is essential; Admin or Advanced Admin Certifications are highly preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of practical Salesforce administration experience.
• Proven expertise with Trailhead Badges/Superbadges.
• Experience in implementing Salesforce Flow, fields, lightning pages, dynamic layouts, actions, Products & Price Books, custom objects, email alerts, custom settings, record types, approval processes, dashboards, and reports.
• Familiarity with Salesforce analytics, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficient in Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).
• Experience with sandbox testing and deployment.
