Salesforce Program Manager, CPQ Experience – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the entire delivery lifecycle of a complex, multi-workstream Salesforce CPQ implementation.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment among Sales, Revenue Operations, and IT leadership.

• Oversee delivery cadence, sprint planning, risk management, and issue resolution.

• Act as the main liaison between client leadership and the delivery team.

• Ensure the program remains on schedule and effectively communicate status updates to executive stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce program management, with direct, hands-on involvement in CPQ implementations.

• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-workstream enterprise programs from inception to completion.

• Strong executive presence — comfortable representing the program in discussions with client leadership.

• Nice to Have: Experience in SaaS or subscription-driven Revenue Operations environments.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Revenue Cloud or ARM.
