This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and positioning of Salesforce as the primary enterprise platform for CRM and business process automation.

• Advocate for Salesforce adoption across the organization, ensuring that stakeholders recognize its capabilities and value.

• Establish clear onboarding processes, standards, and frameworks for new teams and functions utilizing Salesforce.

• Create and document comprehensive business processes supported by Salesforce, ensuring consistency and scalability.

• Develop governance models, system architecture, and integration strategies that align with enterprise standards.

• Continuously assess and enhance processes to optimize efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

• Define and implement delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) specifically tailored for Salesforce projects.

• Ensure effective release management, testing, and deployment practices to deliver high-quality solutions swiftly.

• Monitor platform performance and delivery outcomes, driving ongoing improvement and operational excellence.

• Oversee Salesforce license distribution, ensuring optimal usage and cost-effectiveness across business units.

• Regularly assess license usage, identify underutilized licenses, and recommend adjustments to maximize ROI.

• Manage development budgets, track project expenses, and ensure financial clarity in platform initiatives.

• Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to negotiate vendor contracts and optimize licensing agreements.

• Convert business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions that balance configuration with customization.

• Supervise integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring smooth data flow and process alignment.

• Stay informed about Salesforce releases and innovations, proactively introducing new features to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Work with business stakeholders to establish priorities, manage expectations, and deliver value-driven results.

• Act as a trusted advisor for Salesforce strategy, process optimization, and delivery excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Over 7 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture, administration, and development.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud).

• Experience with integrations, APIs, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft).

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly preferred.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
