Salesforce Operations, Data Quality Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee Salesforce error queues and exception-tracking entities.

• Assess and prioritize data-related challenges affecting the renewal and licensing workflows.

• Execute manual data adjustments to guarantee record precision and completeness.

• Detect and address duplicate, missing, incomplete, and inconsistent renewal records.

• Sustain account alias mappings to accommodate variations in customer names and ensure account alignment.

• Administer customer and billing-profile cleansing initiatives across all Cprime accounts within Atlassian PPC.

• Forward verified system defects and intricate issues to the Licensing Technical team with comprehensive documentation.

• Provide reports on recurring challenges, data cleanup advancements, trends, and operational metrics.

• Suggest process enhancements that boost data accuracy and lessen manual workload.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, Business Operations, or a comparable field.

• Proficiency in Salesforce data management, reporting, and record upkeep.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven history of fostering executive-level relationships and influencing various stakeholders across business and technology domains.

• Outstanding presentation, communication, and facilitation skills for executive audiences.
