📋 Description

• Design, configure, and enhance campaigns and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Develop and oversee marketing automations across various communication channels.

• Execute and sustain customer journeys utilizing Journey Builder.

• Set up audience segmentations and personalization strategies effectively.

• Create and evaluate email marketing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Proficient knowledge of: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Mobile Studio.

• Proven experience in crafting and managing multichannel campaigns.

• Familiarity with audience segmentation and the personalization of communications.

• Practical experience with marketing automations and customer journeys.

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation within the platform.

• Understanding of deliverability best practices and optimization of campaign performance.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
