Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations and continuous improvements of Salesforce, a Knowledge Sharing Portal, and public websites.

• Enhance user experience, performance, and scalability for essential business applications.

• Update and maintain the user interfaces, workflows, and overall experience of Salesforce.

• Design, customize, and improve Salesforce applications utilizing Lightning components and declarative tools.

• Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, back-end developers, and UI/UX designers to gather requirements.

• Ensure that interfaces comply with accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility requirements.

• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.

• Keep track of Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

• Address front-end performance, usability, and browser inconsistency challenges.

• Assist with system upgrades, releases, patches, and post-implementation tasks.

• Enhance development processes, tools, methodologies, efficiency, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning and front-end development for Salesforce.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Experience in integrating user-facing components with CRM workflows and business processes.

• Strong grasp of UX/UI design principles.

• Knowledge of web standards and best practices for front-end development.

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development methodologies.

• Proven experience in ensuring accessibility and WCAG compliance.

• Strong teamwork abilities within an Agile environment.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with multiple teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
