Salesforce Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.

• Construct and uphold integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges across the Salesforce platform.

• Configure and manage the Salesforce instance, including page layouts, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, and flows.

• Oversee system configurations and SFDC releases.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and effective system governance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Convert business needs into Salesforce architecture and suggest best practices.

• Convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Assist end users with troubleshooting, system inquiries, and training.

• Enhance workflows and optimize business processes.

• Maintain documentation, platform standards, and best practices.

• Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates and emerging technologies.

• Carry out additional duties as required or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Salesforce administration and development.

• Proficiency in Apex development and Salesforce integration.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Capability to independently drive solutions from concept through to implementation.

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Comfort in fast-paced environments with changing requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem products such as Data Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), Digital Engagement, Sales Engagement, Salesforce Voice, Agentforce, or Gearset.

• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems.

• Familiarity with the Salesforce development lifecycle, deployment practices, and version control.

• Equivalent experience demonstrating extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform will also be considered.
