This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement technical architecture on the Salesforce platform.

• Design and create complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Data 360 for data ingestion, semantic chunking, and vector embeddings.

• Design, version, and manage dynamic templates using Prompt Builder.

• Work with Agentforce, Atlas Reasoning Engine, and AgentScript patterns.

• Apply knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of proven experience in development and technical architecture on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Core, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

• Advanced experience or knowledge in Salesforce Data 360, including data ingestion, semantic chunking, and generation of vector embeddings for hybrid searches.

• Proficiency in Prompt Builder for designing, versioning, and managing prompt templates with dynamic variables.

• Experience with Agentforce, Atlas Reasoning Engine, and familiarity with deterministic orchestration patterns (AgentScript).

• Proven experience in designing and developing complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Official Salesforce certifications related to the role will be valued.
