• Design and execute solutions utilizing Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio) and Salesforce engagement tools.

• Craft tailored experiences across digital platforms based on user behavior and profiles.

• Establish segmentation rules, recommendations, and customized campaigns.

• Integrate data from various sources to enable real-time personalization strategies.

• Set up omnichannel journeys and experiences aimed at enhancing engagement and conversion rates.

• Work alongside Marketing, CRM, Product, and Technology teams to bring new initiatives to fruition.

• Track the effectiveness of implemented strategies and suggest ongoing improvements.

• Maintain technical quality, scalability, and best development practices within the Salesforce platform.

• Strong experience in development within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Practical expertise and hands-on experience with Salesforce Engagement and Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio).

• Background in implementing digital personalization strategies and customer journeys.

• Understanding of data integration and Salesforce solution architecture.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, and web development.

• Capability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
