Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement tailored applications utilizing Salesforce's declarative customization features.

• Utilize Apex and Lightning Web Components to deliver technical solutions.

• Connect Salesforce solutions with external systems, encompassing data interfaces, auditing/logging, and authentication solutions.

• Engage in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and various Agile ceremonies.

• Interact with stakeholders and end users, providing product demonstrations.

• Execute Salesforce design solutions, system integrations, and data analytics.

• Configure software components, units, and modules in line with product specifications and development timelines.

• Follow product build and release schedules along with software development pipeline strategies.

• Create customized workflows.

• Test and troubleshoot complex software components and units.

• Produce product documentation.

• Define, develop, and enhance customer requirements across teams.

• Collaborate with testing personnel to create test scripts for user stories.

• Identify business, functional, and technical requirements while participating in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Design and execute testing, training, and documentation processes.

• Generate solution definitions, effort estimations, requirements, test scripts, specifications, and status reports.

• Establish and maintain trust and respect with clients.

• Lead teams as necessary to deliver solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional Salesforce development experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related IT field is required.

• U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for obtaining security clearance.

• Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust security clearance.

• Must be able to secure and uphold up to a Secret security clearance.

• Active Secret security clearance is preferred.

• Salesforce development experience is mandatory.

• Practical experience with Salesforce APIs, Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Salesforce CPQ, and/or other Salesforce functionalities is necessary.

• Knowledge and proficiency in Service, Sales, and Experience Cloud environments is essential.

• Experience with OmniStudio is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum and/or Copado is a plus.

• Educational background in software development is required.

• Experience with object-oriented principles and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, AJAX, and jQuery is essential.

• Microservices/API experience using SOAP/REST is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is important.

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and soft skills are necessary.

• Capability to produce high-quality technical documentation and analysis.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently.

• One or more Salesforce-related certifications are preferred.

• Active CompTIA Security+ certification or a willingness to obtain it is required.
