Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Play a key role in all technical facets of the project, which encompasses the design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications across the entire development lifecycle.

• Rapidly acquire and implement new Salesforce features, tools, and technologies, while effectively engaging with business owners, technical teams, development partners, and user groups to facilitate solution delivery.

• Ensure that development projects align with business and end-user requirements by identifying, diagnosing, and resolving system issues to provide dependable, high-quality solutions.

• Assist in proof-of-concept initiatives and technical solution development, aiding in the establishment of the technical vision and collaborating with developers to realize that vision.

• Work closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure prompt project delivery, supported by strong verbal and written communication skills along with effective documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work, having resided in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years.

• Must be eligible to acquire a U.S. Federal government client badge and successfully pass a government Public Trust background check.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, accompanied by four (4) or more years of experience in customizing the Salesforce Lightning platform, which includes Lightning components using the Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components or Lightning Aura Components, and Apex (Batch, Controllers, Triggers).

• At least two (2) years of experience in declarative development on Salesforce utilizing Workflows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Flows, etc.

• Demonstrable experience in implementing Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.

• Solutions should encompass Live Chat, Knowledge, Case Lifecycle Management, Assignment Rules, Reports and Dashboards, etc.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud design and development, as well as working with third-party tools and marketplace solutions from the AppExchange.

• Strong comprehension of authentication and security protocols, including the configuration of SAML and OAuth flows, along with the use of Salesforce application/platform security tools such as Snyk, AppOmni, or similar solutions.

• Extensive experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems, utilizing both point-to-point integrations and middleware platforms.

• Familiarity with GIT and CI/CD tools like Copado is preferred.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
