This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, create, and implement Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and various code-based Salesforce technologies.
• Work alongside business analysts, stakeholders, and development teams to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Utilize Flow to address complex requirements and connect to code when necessary.
• Produce efficient and scalable code adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Construct Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
• Integrate Salesforce with various systems and platforms.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and QA testers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends, and suggest enhancements.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• At least ten (10) years of general work experience.
• Three (3) years of experience in developing Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
• Full-stack engineering experience, including database development and integration.
• Three (3) years of experience deploying Salesforce production enterprise applications.
• Strong proficiency in the Salesforce platform and applications.
• Expertise in Apex and declarative tools such as Flow or OmniStudio.
• Familiarity with AWS Connect APIs, the Salesforce CTI adapter, and Omnichannel configuration/API.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with DevOps, Salesforce configuration, and/or Apex development projects.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust Clearance.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
• Preferred: Experience in the public sector or multiple Salesforce project implementations.
• Preferred: Extensive expertise in Flow.
• Preferred: Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines such as Harness.io.
• Preferred: Experience in OmniStudio development.
