This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Salesforce Data360 Lead Architect is a vital position within the Salesforce Enablement & Operations (SEO) organization, offering architectural leadership for the enterprise-wide implementation of Salesforce Data360 (previously known as Data Cloud).
• This role acts as the design authority for Data360 deployments, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, compliant, and adhere to Center of Excellence (CoE) standards as well as Enterprise Data Governance policies.
• The Lead Architect collaborates with Salesforce delivery teams, Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, Security, and Platform Operations to establish architecture patterns, assess designs, and guide teams from proof‑of‑value initiatives to enterprise-grade, reusable capabilities.
• This position balances hands-on design leadership with strategic oversight, fostering reliable data foundations that drive analytics, activation, and AI-enabled use cases (such as Agentforce).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce platform architecture, enterprise data architecture, or solution architecture roles.
• Proven hands-on leadership in designing and delivering Salesforce Data360 (Data Cloud) solutions, encompassing data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation.
• A strong grasp of enterprise data and integration patterns, including APIs, event-driven architectures, streaming data, and federated or near-real-time access models.
• Demonstrated experience working within and influencing a Center of Excellence (CoE) model, including defining patterns, evaluating designs, and enforcing architectural standards.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise data governance concepts, such as data ownership, classification, consent, masking, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Security, Privacy, and Data Governance teams to implement policy-driven data usage within Salesforce.
