Salesforce Business Analyst – IRS MBI/Public Trust clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead workshops with IRS stakeholders to discover and prioritize business processes that can be automated using Agentforce.

• Document comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions (prompts) in accordance with IRS policies.

• Develop current and future process flows, identifying areas where AI agents can minimize manual interventions and enhance data accuracy.

• Establish testing strategies to ensure the grounding and accuracy of AI implementations.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing to confirm that agents avoid hallucinations and comply with security protocols.

• Create training materials and documentation to assist IRS personnel in collaborating with autonomous digital assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance.

• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

• A minimum of 1 year dedicated to AI-driven solutions or automated workflows.

• Hands-on experience in defining "Topics" and "Actions" within the Agentforce framework.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is required.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Expertise in Salesforce Flow.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.

• Outstanding ability to communicate complex AI concepts, such as grounding and LLM reasoning, to non-technical federal leadership.
