Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive Salesforce GTM solutions, converting intricate business requirements into functional and scalable designs.

• Configure and enhance Salesforce functionalities, workflows, reports, and automation using tools like Agentforce and Salesforce Flow.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, encompassing scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

• Deliver troubleshooting and problem resolution within established SLAs for CRM applications across both local and global teams.

• Assess, recommend, and integrate third-party applications with Salesforce while ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to guarantee that solutions align with organizational goals.

• Develop systems that support Cellebrite’s Go To Market organization.

• Design, configure, and integrate scalable solutions for both internal users and customer-facing experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations for GTM teams.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and constructing Salesforce-based solutions, specifically within Sales Cloud.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and industry best practices.

• Proficient in administering Salesforce and associated Salesforce tools, including CPQ, Agentforce, and integrations, in a business-critical setting.

• Capability to analyze business processes and convert requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional settings.

• Experience producing clear business and technical documentation, including designs, test plans, and requirement specifications.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to comprehend and address business needs.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.

• Must be available for travel 20–25% to Tysons Corner, Virginia.
