This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Implement Salesforce Run-Grow-Transform managed services stewardship while collaborating closely with customers.
• Interact with clients to collect relevant information, clarify complex concepts, and resolve issues effectively.
• Lead an engagement team, assisting clients with implementations, integrations, and custom development projects.
• Design Salesforce solutions, create technical designs, establish best practices, and oversee application implementations.
• Oversee technical debt to track system performance and avert technical bottlenecks.
• Manage operational tools, including Jira and deployment/version control systems like Copado.
• Ensure bi-directional integration sync integrity across various systems.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Conduct business process review workshops and evaluate client business needs.
• Decompose business requirements into user stories, outlining effort levels, advantages/disadvantages, best practices, and suggested methods.
• Document user stories, detailing acceptance criteria, assumptions and constraints, sizing, priority, and proposed solutions.
• Develop business requirements, solution designs, functional specifications, and findings reports.
• Oversee the feedback loop for completed user stories throughout the build process.
• Configure Salesforce systems utilizing declarative functionality and frameworks.
• Lead technical teams for Force.com development and integration with other business applications.
• Migrate data from client legacy systems using Salesforce data migration tools.
• Direct and execute User Acceptance Testing strategy, implementation, reporting, and end-user testing.
• Create training curricula and deliver training to end-users.
• Distribute responsibilities across project management, analysis, and technical tasks (10%, 45%, and 45%, respectively).
• A minimum of 2 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in Salesforce Configuration.
• At least 2 years of experience in platform or solution architecture within a custom system development environment for medium to large organizations.
• Over 2 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, advanced configuration, security/permissions management, data migration, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Apex and design considerations for Visualforce/Lightning Components.
• Experience with Agile project methodology, including backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and related practices.
• Proficient in using Jira, deployment governance tools, and managing intricate system dependencies.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification is required.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is required.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification is required.
• Agile certifications are preferred.
