Salesforce Business Analyst – IRS MBI/Public Trust Clearance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead workshops with IRS stakeholders to pinpoint and prioritize business processes that are ideal for automation using Agentforce.

• Record comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and Agent Instructions/prompts that comply with IRS policies.

• Develop current and future process flows to highlight areas where AI agents can lessen manual interventions or enhance data precision.

• Establish testing strategies to ensure AI grounding and accuracy.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing to confirm that agents do not experience hallucinations and adhere to security protocols.

• Create training materials and documentation to assist IRS personnel in collaborating effectively with autonomous digital assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active IRS MBI or Public Trust clearance.

• Over 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.

• A minimum of 1 year dedicated to AI-driven solutions or automated workflows.

• Hands-on experience in defining Topics and Actions within the Agentforce framework.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is a requirement.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is required.

• Strong comprehension of Salesforce Data Cloud and its interaction with the Agent.

• Proficient in Salesforce Flow.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.

• Capability to convey complex AI concepts, such as grounding and LLM reasoning, to non-technical federal leadership.
