Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic bridge between global business units and the Salesforce platform team.

• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and convert business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.

• Assess, design, and optimize global Salesforce workflows to minimize data redundancy and enhance productivity.

• Implement strong data governance and offer best-practice guidance for Salesforce.

• Analyze processes and identify user friction points to explore Agentforce autonomous AI possibilities.

• Investigate, document, and validate enhancements in Salesforce related to enterprise platforms, particularly SAP S/4HANA.

• Communicate technical solutions, business cases, and workflow modifications to executive stakeholders.

• Assist in solution validation, UAT, QA, implementation, and the development of foundational training materials.

• Shape the corporate Salesforce roadmap, enhance global KPI reporting, and pinpoint automation opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of focused experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise-level Salesforce.com environment.

• Proficient with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Clouds.

• Skilled in gathering requirements and mapping data flows for intricate multi-system integrations.

• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

• Expertise in business process mapping and gathering UI/UX requirements.

• Experience in aligning global teams on cohesive workflows.

• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.

• Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace/MS 365.

• Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified AI Associate certification is required.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is necessary.

• Ability to challenge existing workflows and thoroughly validate proposed designs.
