Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Gather, articulate, and convert intricate business requirements into practical Salesforce Data Cloud use cases and technical specifications.

• Design and enhance data flows, system integrations, and business processes within the Salesforce Data Cloud environment.

• Collaborate with data teams to guarantee the delivery of high-quality, dependable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.

• Promote alignment among marketing and product stakeholders, Salesforce Administrators, and data engineering teams.

• Play a key role in a new Salesforce Data Cloud implementation without the need for legacy code migration.

• Develop a contemporary customer data foundation utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a related functional Salesforce role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform administration.

• Practical experience with Salesforce Flow Builder.

• Practical experience with Agentforce.

• Profound understanding of Salesforce CRM structures and processes, including Leads, Accounts, and Opportunities.

• Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation, analysis, and quality assurance.

• Proficient in gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, documenting specifications, and converting business needs into technical documentation.

• Fluent in English for daily written and verbal communication.

• Willingness to work overlapping hours with the North American business schedule.

• Nice to have: practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or Customer 360 architectures.

• Nice to have: knowledge of MDM concepts and enterprise data governance.

• Nice to have: experience with GTM operational systems or MarTech stacks.

• Nice to have: experience in supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.
