This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete Salesforce project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and finalization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to establish project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate efforts with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and external vendors.
• Create and manage project plans that address resource allocation, budgets, risks, and issue tracking.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Handle change requests, conduct impact analysis, and secure necessary approvals.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Provide status updates and executive-level reporting regarding project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Promote user adoption through training, change management, and effective stakeholder communications.
• Serve as the escalation point for any project-related issues.
• Assist with post-go-live hyper care, triage production defects, and manage enhancement requests through a structured release management cycle.
• Leverage functional knowledge of mid-term contract amendments, including add-ons, upsells, downgrades, early renewals, cancellations, and co-terming logic.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to define SaaS and recurring-revenue metrics and ensure they are accurately represented in system reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing Salesforce projects.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and presentation.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools like JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools such as NetSuite.
• Exposure to release management and DevOps tools like Copado.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and contracts effectively.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Workflow is essential.
• Skills in CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud are desirable.
• MBA is preferred.
• Certification as a Scrum Master or PMP is a plus.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager/Consultant.
