Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, business processes, and operational scenarios.

• Designs business processes by evaluating stakeholder requirements, creating business process models, workflow charts, and diagrams, assessing system capabilities, and drafting specifications/user stories.

• Facilitates stakeholder engagement.

• Conducts discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to align business needs with technological solutions.

• Translates business needs into actionable solutions.

• Bridges the gap between business users and technical teams by defining clear, scalable solutions.

• Supports the decomposition of requirements into user stories within an Agile development lifecycle.

• Facilitates the creation of functional and technical diagrams and related artifacts.

• Writes clear and actionable user stories.

• Crafts well-defined user stories, including acceptance criteria, to support Agile development.

• Analyzes and improves workflows.

• Assesses existing processes, identifies inefficiencies, and proposes enhancements.

• Configures systems for prototyping.

• Responsible for evaluating overall business needs and providing solutions while documenting and defining business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• MUST possess Salesforce Certified Associate AND Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certifications.

• Experience with Salesforce in a Business Analyst role.

• Proficient in requirements gathering and management.

• Experience in translating requirements into viable concept design solutions.

• Professional experience using Salesforce.

• Skilled in business process analysis, mapping, and optimization.

• Understanding of how to analyze, document, and enhance business processes across various industries.

• Knowledge of change management and user adoption strategies.

• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.

• Demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
