This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to collect business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing communication, expectations, and follow-ups.
• Oversee a portfolio of 10–20+ simultaneous Salesforce projects within a dynamic environment.
• Review statements of work (SOWs) and manage project scope, timelines, and change requests.
• Convert business needs into precise requirements for internal Salesforce Administration and delivery teams.
• Support Salesforce implementations from initiation to completion.
• Conduct light Salesforce administrative tasks (user setup, page layouts, custom fields, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and basic automation).
• Assist with data migration, integrations, and common Salesforce workflows (leads, opportunities, web-to-lead, etc.).
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and out-of-scope requests early on and communicate them effectively.
• Advise clients on Salesforce best practices and suggest enhancements aligned with business objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst, Implementation, or consulting role.
• 3–4 years of experience in client-facing positions (Account Management, Project Management, or similar).
• Strong background in managing client relationships, including navigating challenging conversations and scope management.
• Proficient knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, automation (flows/workflows), and basic configuration.
• Experience with data migration and integrations (hands-on experience is preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Highly organized, proactive, and focused on solutions.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Salesforce certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or other project management platforms.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
• Background in consulting or agency environments.
• Fully remote position (LATAM).
