Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct the mapping of functional and non-functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders;

• Write clear and concise user stories, ensuring alignment with business expectations;

• Facilitate requirement gathering meetings and workshops with stakeholders;

• Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement;

• Work closely with the development team to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements;

• Lead reviews and validations of requirements with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial, integrations, and automations);

• Understanding of Salesforce Administration, including: object configuration, fields, layouts and validations, process automation (Flows, legacy Process Builder), profile management, permissions, and security;

• Experience in Business Analysis, from requirement gathering to validation;

• Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements;

• Structured documentation of requirements, including:

• User Stories

• Use Cases

• Acceptance Criteria

• Business process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE), focusing on continuous improvement and alignment with business needs;

• Impact analysis, identification of dependencies, and prioritization of demands;

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform.
