Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to map both functional and non-functional requirements;

• Create clear and concise user stories that align with business objectives;

• Lead meetings and workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders;

• Analyze and document business processes while identifying areas for enhancement;

• Work in tandem with the development team to ensure a thorough understanding and execution of requirements;

• Conduct reviews and validations of requirements with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce Core platform and its ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial services, integrations, and automations;

• Fundamental Salesforce Administration skills, which encompass the configuration of objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules, as well as process automation (Flows, Process Builder - legacy) and profile, permission, and security management;

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, covering all aspects from requirements elicitation to validation;

• Experience leading workshops and interviews with stakeholders to collect both functional and non-functional requirements;

• Ability to produce structured requirements documentation, such as:

• User Stories

• Use Cases

• Acceptance Criteria

• Business process modeling (AS-IS / TO-BE) with an emphasis on continuous improvement and alignment with business needs;

• Conduct impact analysis, identify dependencies, and prioritize requests;

• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring alignment with the Salesforce platform's capabilities and limitations.
