• Manage, maintain, and provide support for Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), ensuring systems are dependable, secure, and fulfill service expectations.
• Create and implement enhancements such as automation, reports, and new features.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology, converting requirements into effective solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, contributing to ongoing service improvement.
• Operate within change and release processes to guarantee safe and controlled system updates.
• Assist users and promote best practices to enhance adoption and user experience.
• Proven experience in Salesforce platform administration, including the creation and configuration of custom objects and process automation.
• Salesforce Admin certification is required.
• Knowledge and experience in developing sites within Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with the installation and configuration of third-party applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in managing stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of the principles of information security and data protection.
• Must be a self-driven individual capable of working independently.
• Ability to document requirements and collaborate with business analysts when necessary.
• Capability to evaluate the impact of new requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
