Salesforce Business Analyst / Salesforce Admin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop, prototype, and document innovative solutions for Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment to address changing business requirements.

• Guide the conversion of complex needs into comprehensive functional specifications, ensuring that integrated solutions progress from design to operational application.

• Coordinate advanced integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs to link Salesforce with external platforms and middleware.

• Deliver expert system administration for tailored applications, overseeing intricate security configurations, custom objects, and automated processes.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional development teams to enable swift and proactive adjustments to evolving project aims and global objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical experience on the Salesforce platform, specifically in fulfillment process implementations.

• Extensive functional expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing strategies, and quote-to-order workflows.

• Established technical skills in Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Advanced Approvals.

• Experience with SQL / SOQL.

• Proven background in SFDC integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• Current Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer) are a plus.
