This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Conduct thorough business and technical analysis for all Innovation Lab products, encompassing fusionCore and all accelerators.
• Convert approved product strategies into precise functional and technical requirements by evaluating customer workflows, business rules, and system behavior.
• Assist in product development by clarifying requirements, addressing queries during the development and testing phases, and validating the completed work.
• Act as the main point of contact for Product Support inquiries, performing root-cause analysis on configurations, data, and system behavior to identify and resolve product issues.
• Recognize recurring support trends and usage gaps, transforming them into actionable recommendations for product improvements.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, which includes functional specifications, configuration notes, FAQs, and knowledge base content.
• Collaborate with Architects and Engineering teams to confirm feasibility, dependencies, and solution strategies.
• Offer training and guidance to internal teams and customers regarding product functionality and best practices.
• Foster communication among cross-functional teams, participating in refinement sessions, stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies as necessary.
• Participate in integration and solution-design discussions for complex features, working alongside technical teams to create scalable solutions.
• Adhere to Innovation Lab standards for analysis, documentation, and support across all accelerators.
• Coordinate with data and reporting resources to establish and validate data requirements.
• Provide insights and recommendations to product leadership based on customer feedback, support trends, and product usage.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical BA role.
• 3+ years of experience in supporting technology or platform implementation projects.
• Proven ability to independently lead requirements gathering and define solutions.
• Demonstrated success in developing clear, scalable product solutions.
• Practical experience with Salesforce implementations or administration, particularly focusing on product development or large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Flows, Permission Sets, and Data Modeling.
• Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in an Agile environment, utilizing Jira and Confluence.
• Experience evaluating UI for readability and usability.
• Competence in performing administrative tasks, including custom object creation, flows, data migration, SOQL queries, report generation, dashboard creation, platform maintenance, and installation of managed packages.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform gap analysis between out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality and custom product requirements.
• Experience collaborating with designers to ensure functional requirements align with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for a native look and feel.
