Salesforce Architecture

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in the architectural design of the Salesforce solution.

• Establish architecture for Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Digital Engagement, and Experience Cloud.

• Assist in making decisions regarding single org, security, permissions, and logical segregation.

• Design integrations with systems such as Talkdesk, AWS, Helix, Jira, SAP, RPA, B3 GPT, and IAM.

• Direct the data model, Case Management, automations, and SLA definitions.

• Act as a technical resource for the development and consulting teams.

• Ensure compliance with best practices for scalability, security, and governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Architect in enterprise-level projects.

• Understanding of Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Digital Engagement.

• Proficiency in integrations and APIs (REST, events, etc.).

• Familiarity with security and governance protocols within Salesforce.

• Experience with Apex and Triggers.

• Capability to convert business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services).

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

• Familiarity with tools and integrations such as Ab Initio (Continuous Flows).

• Background in complex corporate settings with multiple integrated systems.
