This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with Business Applications Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to pinpoint necessary system modifications and assist in adoption and change management.
• Oversee new Salesforce releases and effectively implement new features.
• Exhibit a structured change control process.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, approval processes, installed packages, and more within Salesforce.
• Set up and sustain Visualforce pages, Apex code, and Lightning Components.
• Manage and maintain the Salesforce CPQ environment.
• Develop new reporting capabilities and address ad-hoc reporting requests as necessary.
• Supervise all processes associated with your application, Salesforce.
• Accountable for the configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce application platform.
• Identify production risks and opportunities for enhancement; prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Responsible for ensuring system security and integrity.
• Diagnose all outages and create root cause analysis reports as required.
• Over 7 years of experience in Salesforce administration and/or development.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates holding or pursuing the Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification or Platform Developer I Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ is essential.
• Commitment to continuous growth through experience, study, and certification.
• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce's standard capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, SOQL, and HTML.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Lead to Book Sales lifecycle in a SaaS environment.
• Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
