Manager – Salesforce Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and coach Salesforce administrators and developers.

• Act as a hands-on DevOps leader overseeing release, CI/CD, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with Salesforce analysts to pinpoint improvement opportunities and implement technologies that enhance operational efficiency.

• Assist with data cleanup, migration, Salesforce tools, and third-party integrations.

• Develop high-level architectural diagrams that illustrate both technical and business processes.

• Assess the level of effort for proposed solutions and relay benefits, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams throughout the stages of product development, deployment, and post-release support.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, testing, and integrations.

• Practical experience in DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and SDLC/Agile methodologies.

• Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce administration, development, architectural design, and best practices.

• Proven track record in leading, coaching, and mentoring administrators and developers.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, estimation, and consulting capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with business stakeholders.

• Proficient in evaluating trade-offs, risks, and solution alternatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Documented experience in spearheading the development and integration of AI-driven Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, and Einstein functionalities.
