Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• The Salesforce Administrator is an enthusiastic professional dedicated to the continuous improvement and enhancement of our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, and designing scalable best practice solutions.

• Daily operations include troubleshooting and handling minor requests.

• Management of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.

• Execution of SFDC-related projects and enhancements.

• Proactive system maintenance, encompassing security reviews and release updates.

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to CRM and business operations, acting in a consultative role to ensure Salesforce optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with CRM systems, with at least 3 years specifically as an SFDC Administrator or in a comparable role.

• Outstanding English communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Extensive communication experience with international teams.

• Capability to operate a computer for 8.5 hours each day.

• Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Comprehensive understanding of the architecture, functionalities, and limitations of the Salesforce application.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory).

• Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification (preferred).

• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification (preferred).
