Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Design and develop functional programs and applications.

• Create fully operational software applications in line with specified requirements.

• Ensure effective collaboration between Sales and Marketing to enhance the sales process, focusing on refining and advancing a qualified lead strategy.

• Deliver precise reporting on the organization's key performance indicators to Sales and Marketing regularly, including actionable recommendations to enhance the experience for current and prospective customers.

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple requests.

• Innovative and analytical thinker equipped with robust problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to critically assess information obtained from diverse sources and resolve discrepancies.

• Capacity to evaluate the implications of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all related upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new workflows and automations.

• Comprehensive understanding of the platform, capable of building custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.

• Excellent data management skills.

• A proven history of successfully completing projects.

• Ability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements effectively.

• Exceptional project management skills coupled with a positive attitude.

• Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Must effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
