Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design and develop functional programs and applications.

• Create fully operational software applications based on specific requirements.

• Effectively serve clients and collaborate with team members.

• Ensure consistent alignment between Sales and Marketing to enhance the sales process.

• Provide accurate reporting on the organization’s key performance indicators to Sales and Marketing.

• Meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple requests.

• Evaluate information collected from various sources.

• Assess the effect of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all related upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to design and implement new workflows and automations.

• Strong comprehension of the platform, with the capability to build custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate complexity content.

• In-depth understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities.

• Excellent data management skills.

• A proven track record of successfully completing projects.

• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.

• Exceptional project management skills and a positive demeanor.

• Must exhibit outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Must possess a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
