Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Employ a variety of methods to gather business requirements from stakeholders, such as focus groups, observation, and prototyping.

• Formulate and develop user stories in the appropriate format, detailing the tasks necessary to fulfill the overall business objective.

• Comprehend and produce diverse business process maps to engage end-users and confirm business requirements.

• Responsible for creating multiple types of documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including stakeholder analysis, current state analysis, gap analysis, user acceptance test plans, among others.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.

• Balance the motivations and objectives of stakeholders during project meetings and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that the appropriate individuals are testing the correct elements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1-2+ years of experience in a BA, Product Owner, or Salesforce Administrator role.

• Proven ability to document business requirements for Salesforce implementation projects.

• Experience in writing requirements using Agile methodology and crafting user stories.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely to identify acceptable solutions.

• Exceptional documentation capabilities.

• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook, and SharePoint.

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.

• Prior experience implementing Salesforce solutions.

• Salesforce Certifications are preferred.
