This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Spearhead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Sales Cloud to facilitate sales processes, manage pipelines, and improve the accuracy of revenue forecasting.
• Develop and sustain Salesforce solutions that support Revenue Operations (RevOps), ensuring strong revenue forecasting capabilities that align with business objectives.
• Initiate and oversee Salesforce CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ (SCPQ) to optimize quote-to-cash workflows and boost revenue generation.
• Manage Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) to aid in project oversight, resource distribution, and financial tracking.
• Utilize Marketing Cloud to craft and implement campaigns that drive engagement and aid in achieving revenue targets.
• Employ Data Cloud to merge and evaluate data, delivering actionable insights for revenue forecasting and strategic decision-making.
• Activate and refine Agentforce features, employing AI-driven solutions to enhance automation, forecasting, and user productivity.
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and apply adjacent technologies, such as 6sense ABM tools and others.
• Adopt DevOps and CI/CD best practices to oversee Salesforce deployments, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable updates and enhancements.
• Manage change control and change management processes to uphold system integrity, document updates, and reduce risks during deployments.
• Lead user onboarding and adoption efforts, including the creation of training programs, documentation, and support strategies to maximize platform usage and satisfaction.
• Actively seek opportunities for process enhancements, providing consultative recommendations to optimize Sales Cloud and related systems.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration, accurate forecasting, and user adoption.
• Remain informed on Salesforce releases, certifications, and emerging technologies to uphold a cutting-edge environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a SF Administrator, SF Consultant, or in a similar capacity, demonstrating a successful history of implementing and optimizing SF solutions.
• Significant experience with Sales Cloud implementations, encompassing pipeline management, sales process automation, and revenue forecasting.
• Demonstrated expertise in DevOps and CI/CD best practices for Salesforce deployments.
• Strong foundation in change management and change control, ensuring system stability and compliance during updates.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a consultative approach to problem-solving.
• SF Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, AI) are strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Loyalty Management, Data Cloud, or Experience Cloud is highly desired.
• Knowledge of integration tools such as MuleSoft or Zapier.
• Practical expertise with SF CPQ or Certinia Services CPQ (SCPQ) for revenue-centric workflows.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud for managing campaigns and fostering customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud for data integration, segmentation, and analytics that support revenue insights.
