• Conduct research to broaden the prospect list utilizing Definitive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and additional methods.
• Identify and cultivate leads and opportunities from various sources, including prospect lists, discovery, and personal research.
• Establish and nurture prospect relationships by initiating contact and performing follow-up qualifications to advance opportunities within the sales funnel.
• Execute comprehensive needs assessments and pinpoint prospects' pain points to ascertain how Arcadia’s solutions can address those needs.
• Enhance industry knowledge and expertise to effectively position Arcadia’s value proposition across multiple use cases within health systems, ACOs, and provider segments.
• Lead and manage proposal planning, creation, and delivery to key client executives.
• Oversee and facilitate the contract creation, legal review, and signing process in collaboration with internal operations and key client executives.
• Recognize and assist in overcoming challenges that could hinder account retention, expansion, and referrals.
• Develop relationships with C-level and purchasing executives at significant prospects to support sales and growth efforts.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal stakeholders from Product Management, Sales Operations, Operations, and Finance during each deal's progression.
• Ensure all accounts under your management have documented pursuit plans and engage in regular account review meetings with the VP of Sales and line-of-business (LOB) leaders.
• Provide precise financial forecasts to executive leadership for opportunities in your pipeline.
• Manage and uphold an accurate sales funnel in Arcadia's system-of-record (Salesforce.com).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience with a proven track record of achievements in health sales and business expansion.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level information technology executives, physicians, executives, leaders, and staff at health plans, health systems, and healthcare provider groups.
• Proven success in managing long sales cycles (9-15 months) in enterprise environments.
• Strong communicator capable of persuasively expressing the competitive advantages of Arcadia’s research data solutions.
• Solid knowledge base and awareness of major healthcare issues and trends in data analytics and value-based care.
• Ability to operate within Arcadia’s sales process to manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities across an assigned market, accurately projecting total contract value, revenue distribution, and close dates for these opportunities.
• This role necessitates frequent travel to customers and prospects within an assigned market.
