This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a senior strategic contributor tasked with driving new sales growth within Cotiviti’s National Accounts segment through meticulous account planning, territory strategy, and achievement of quota objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and advance enterprise health plan opportunities by enhancing executive relationships and developing a strategic pipeline.
• Lead intricate, multi-stakeholder sales efforts from initial prospecting through negotiation, contracting, and closing.
• Establish and sustain trusted relationships with C-suite executives of Health Plans, business owners, procurement leaders, and functional decision-makers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources from product, marketing, consulting, legal, finance, implementation, and executive leadership to promote strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Create compelling value propositions and solution positioning tailored to the priorities of National Accounts across Cotiviti’s entire Healthcare portfolio.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline, opportunity, and forecast management, providing sales leadership with clear insights into deal progression, risks, and growth potential.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive activity, pricing dynamics, and customer priorities to inform go-to-market strategies and account pursuit plans.
• Represent Cotiviti at client meetings, industry events, and conferences to enhance executive market visibility and generate new business opportunities.
• Fulfill all responsibilities detailed in the annual Performance Plan and undertake other duties or special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of 12 years of enterprise hunter sales experience, encompassing prospecting, pipeline development, and closing new business.
• Proven success as a senior strategic individual contributor responsible for enterprise account growth, complex sales execution, and quota achievement.
• Demonstrated success in selling software, analytics, BPO, or services to health plans, including National Accounts and other large, complex payer organizations.
• Extensive experience engaging with and selling to C-level executives, SVP business owners, procurement leaders, and senior functional stakeholders in Health Plans.
• A strong track record of closing complex healthcare deals ranging from hundreds of thousands to several million dollars.
• Experience selling across Cotiviti’s Healthcare portfolio, including Payment Integrity, Analytics, Population Health, Risk Adjustment, Quality/HEDIS, Stars, Encounter Management, Enrollment Solutions, and Healthcare Interoperability.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to quickly earn credibility with senior decision-makers across large health plans.
• Demonstrated capability to lead complex sales cycles, align cross-functional pursuit teams, and navigate sophisticated contracting and procurement processes.
• Solid understanding of market segmentation, account planning, competitive positioning, and enterprise sales strategy.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, performance-driven growth environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and disciplined pipeline and forecast management.
• Willingness to travel 20%–40%.
