This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Navigate the complete UX design and UX research process for a startup concept of your choosing.

• Create digital products and services from the ground up.

• Oversee the entire design process from beginning to end.

• Manage product and feature scoping, along with comprehensive project management.

• Determine the target market for the product and strategically position it for a successful launch.

• Integrate AI tools into your UX design workflow.

• Design features and products that leverage AI technology.

• Formulate a business model for the product or service, illustrating how it will scale.

• Conduct discovery research and facilitate user testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Passionate about pursuing creative career paths in UX research, UX design, product design, or service design.

• Committed to dedicating 5-10 hours per week to fulfill program deliverables.

• Available for 2-3 hour weekend lectures to learn the end-to-end design process, or willing to complete online video course modules.

• Receptive to feedback from UX mentors and demonstrates a readiness to refine design work.
