This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Achieve and surpass personal sales targets through proactive outreach and effective virtual consultations.
• Utilize phone or video calls to inform potential customers about LaserAway treatments, customizing suggestions to align with their specific aesthetic aspirations.
• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company, establishing trust and rapport with customers to nurture long-lasting relationships.
• Present LaserAway's services professionally and engagingly, assisting customers in understanding their options and feeling assured in their decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to manage scheduling and ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Inform customers about financing options, guiding them through payment plans to turn their aesthetic aspirations into reality.
• Work in partnership with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction, consistently upholding LaserAway's commitment to quality.
• Team up with medical professionals to adhere to LaserAway's protocols, providing outstanding and brand-consistent customer experiences.
• Promote a collaborative team culture by supporting colleagues and exemplifying LaserAway's core values in every interaction.
• High School Diploma is necessary; a Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• At least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.
• Outstanding consultative sales skills with an emphasis on understanding customer needs.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of working independently and effectively within a team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to accommodate business needs.
