Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass personal sales targets through proactive outreach and effective virtual consultations.

• Utilize phone and video calls to inform potential customers about LaserAway's treatment offerings.

• Conduct outbound calls to leads generated by the company, fostering trust and rapport with clients.

• Present LaserAway's services in a professional and engaging manner.

• Inform customers about financing options available to them.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Work alongside medical professionals to maintain compliance with LaserAway's protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in remote consultative sales within a high-ticket sector or equivalent experience in commission-driven luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills with an emphasis on understanding customer requirements.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and various shifts is required.
