Sales Treatment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass personal sales targets through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations.

• Utilize phone or video conferencing to inform potential customers about LaserAway’s treatments, customizing suggestions to align with their individual aesthetic objectives.

• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company, establishing trust and rapport with clients to nurture long-lasting relationships.

• Present LaserAway’s services in a professional and persuasive manner.

• Inform clients about financing options available.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work alongside medical professionals to maintain LaserAway’s standards and protocols.

• Promote a supportive team environment by assisting colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma is mandatory; Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in remote consultative sales within a high-ticket industry, or equivalent background in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills with a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Superior presentation skills.

• A proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of working independently.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varied shifts to accommodate business needs.
