This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through proactive outreach and effective virtual consultations.
• Utilize phone or video calls to inform potential customers about LaserAway's treatments, customizing recommendations to align with their specific aesthetic aspirations.
• Make outbound calls to leads generated by the company, establishing trust and rapport with customers to nurture long-term relationships.
• Provide professional and engaging presentations of LaserAway's services, assisting customers in understanding their options and instilling confidence in their decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to manage scheduling and ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Inform customers about financing options, guiding them through payment plans to help realize their aesthetic goals.
• Work with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction, consistently reflecting LaserAway's commitment to excellence.
• Partner with medical professionals to maintain LaserAway's protocols and provide outstanding, brand-aligned customer experiences.
• Cultivate a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues and embodying LaserAway's core values in every interaction.
• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.
• Outstanding consultative sales skills with an emphasis on understanding customer needs.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented individual capable of working independently while also thriving in a team setting.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to accommodate business needs.
