This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Achieve and surpass individual sales targets through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations.
• Utilize phone or video calls to inform prospective customers about LaserAway's treatments, customizing recommendations to align with their specific aesthetic objectives.
• Make outbound calls to company-generated leads, establishing trust and rapport with customers to cultivate enduring relationships.
• Present LaserAway's services in a professional and compelling manner, assisting customers in understanding their options and feeling confident in their decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth patient experiences.
• Inform customers about financing options, guiding them through payment plans to help realize their aesthetic aspirations.
• Work with internal teams to resolve disputes and maintain satisfaction, consistently aligning with LaserAway's commitment to excellence.
• Team up with medical professionals to adhere to LaserAway's protocols and provide exceptional, brand-consistent customer experiences.
• Promote a team-oriented culture by supporting colleagues and embodying LaserAway's core values in every interaction.
• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
• At least 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket sector, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology.
• Outstanding consultative sales skills with an emphasis on understanding customer needs.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of working independently and effectively within a team setting.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to accommodate business needs.
